I am referring to the sample payload provided in Oracle documentation Use Rate Plans with Your Subscriptions for importing rate plans and usage charges. Here is a sample section:

Questions:

  • Which API is expected to be used with this specific payload when importing rate plans and usage charges for items?
  • When handling externally priced sales orders, how are usage charges added? Are they included in Order Management (OM) as part of the sales order creation, or are they only associated later in Subscription Management?
  • I am able to create orders using the Sales Order Hub payload (as per Oracle REST API documentation), but I do not understand at which step and in which system the usage charge gets included. Can you clarify the end-to-end process for including usage charges?
