Redwood Experience: Job Applicant Screening Agent Template

Has anyone tried or been successful implementing the Redwood Experience: Job Applicant Screening Agent Template or any other recruiting agent template?

I am struggling to make it work, finding the documentation vague. My current issues are:

  1. What roles are we meant to add here? Only out of box roles are displayed and I do not see any recruitment specific ones (went through the entire list)

2. When I click the play button, it says the agent is unavailable, is this because I have no role added in security?

If anyone has any advice or links to helpful documentation, please let me know.
