How to set up approval for terminations

in Human Capital Management

We are looking at allowing Admin Staff and Managers to process Terminations and have it go to our HR Team for approval.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Currently only our HR team processes terminations and they are set to bypass approvals. We are looking at changing to allow the following criteria

Scenario 1: Admin staff processes Termination. It goes to Manager of the employee to approve, and then it goes to HR Team for final approval

Scenario 2: Manager processes Termination. It goes to HR Team for final approval.

Scenario 3: HR Team processes Termination. Self Auto Approves

When it goes to our HR Team, it would be going to a general inbox where all HR reps have access so not sure how to route it to this specific inbox for approval.
