Unpaid time is not populating for statement of earnings or payslip for only one HCM group

in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI)

There is an enterprise-wide absence called unpaid time. This absence will populate on the statement of earnings and pay slips for all employment groups except one legal entity and union group that is unable to see this. This particular group needs this to be able to see this due to Californian laws for their unpaid hours.

The following areas were validated:

  1. Unpaid Time base element & Unpaid Time Entitlement elements - Both have an open eligibility for the base and has all of the element eligibilities under the results page for the legal entities and union
  2. Balance for Global Hours Global Archive
