can we audit the user enrollment authorization and other actions performed in benefits self service
Summary: Is there a way the customer wants to validate all the actions performed by the employee in Benefits Self Service that includes Enrollment Authorization, Updating People To Cover, or Made Elections in Programs or Plans etc..
Earlier days we had the FND_Session or users etc to track who logged in a particular time. the requirement is not same but without affecting the performance the customer wanted to know the actions performed by user. is this feasbile. we are on RW 25C. Thanks.
