Remove/Hide fields from Candidate Submission's Referral Page

In Taleo Recruiting, when a candidate is referred by an internal employee, the "Referral" Tab under the Submission will contains the internal employee's social security, address, and phone number. All these are considered as sensitive information and should not be viewable by a requisition's manager. We will like to know whether if it is possible to remove or hide these field
