Hi ,

We are planning to implement payroll in countires like Iraq, Jordan, egypt, Lebonon etc. If some one has implemented such then can you please help with the following:

  1. is it recomeeded to go with oracle and built a solution on top of it or better to go with other thrid party solutions.
  2. If in oracle then how complex is to implemet in these countries (effort wise and is the cost justified)
