How to set default buyer for non-catalog requisition requester

in Self Service Procurement

We have different requesters create different type of non-catalog requisitions.

Need to default buyer in PR based on requester name for non-catalog requisition creation.

eg

Requester 1 → default buyer 1

Requester 2 → default buyer 2

Is this requirement can be met in Redwood SSP ?
