Not able to reverse termination for end assignment in PROD

Summary:

Hi All,

We are facing issue in the functionality mismatch from lower POD to Production, below is the issue.

  1. HR entered a record to End an Assignment with the incorrect effective date of 09/15/2025 instead of 09/14/2025 for TM #1234 in assignment ABC.
  • Now with Redwood, they are no longer able to select Delete but have to Reverse the Termination for the assignment that was ended.
  • Replicated the record in DEV1 of the end assignment that was entered by HR with the incorrect effective was entered and reversed the termination for this assignment that was ended.
  • The transaction is auto approved, a notification is received, and the End Assignment record no longer shows in the Employment History.
