USOPTE - how often Oracle receives USPS updates

As Oracle Enhanced address service is looking for valid addresses using USPS database, we would like to know how frequently Oracle would receive updates from USPS on any new addresses or changes to geographic information...With Vertex, we receive these geography updates (along with Payroll Tax Updates) once a month on the 19th in Dev pods and 25th in Prod...We want to know about this schedule for Oracle address/tax updates as well  - Whether these would be monthly like Vertex or if there is some other schedule
