How can we setup to create the Tax for Transaction Total header instead of Transaction lines.

Summary:

We have requirement where the tax should be calculated Transaction Total header level instead of Transaction lines.

Currently Tax is getting calculated Transaction lines- 487.44

Requirement- Tax should be calculated on Transaction Total 387.40
