Custom DFF Field Disappearing after Selecting a Value

Hello -

We are currently configuring the Redwood Add a Contingent Worker page. We have a custom DFF field with an LOV that has been configured to be Required, Visible, and Editable. However, once we select a value for this field, it disappears from the page.

We have already verified its configuration in Setup and Maintenance, and it is correctly set as Required and Enabled.

Could you please advise what additional setup or configuration might be needed to ensure that the field remains visible after a value is selected?
