apex monitor user activity

Hi Team,

I am currently using the Oracle APEX Workspace Administrator to monitor user activity because I need a report showing how many frontend users have logged in and accessed the My Oracle Data Archiving application → TCS ARCHIVE reports over the past year.

In the APEX backend, I’ve tried:

  • Administrator Login → Monitor Activity → Login Attempts
  • Monitor Activity → Page Views by Workspace and User

However, even after applying the “Since” filter for 1 year, the reports only show data for the last 2 weeks from the start date. This seems to happen across all reports under Monitor Activity.

Is this a known issue or limitation in Oracle APEX 24.2.10? Or could it be a bug I’m not aware of?
