Custom Job role for collaborator

Summary:

Hi Team,

We want to provide the collaborator with access to create job requisitions. While creating a job requisition, he should only be able to view positions from the department he belongs to.

I know how it will work.

1. Create a Position Security Profile for AOR - Department and assigned to the Data roles
2. Assign the AOR to the collaborator user
3. Run the processes

Regenerate Data Security Profiles
Regenerate Data Security Grants
Import User and Role Application Security Data

Now, As of now my data role don't have position security where i can attached the security profile

As part of the Hiring Manager role, we already have a Position Security Profile.
