Restrict Manager Visibility in ‘Recommend Learning’ to Direct and Indirect Reports Only

Hi all,

Is there any way to restrict the list of people a manager can search for when using the “Recommend Learning” feature, so that they can only see and select their own direct and indirect reports? Currently managers are able to search for and reccommend learning to anyone in the organization, and we would like to limit this visibility to their hierarchy only.
