How to build a QnA on a document like chatgpt

Hi Experts

We have a requirement to build a page where user can upload a PDF document and user will ask questions and the page has to look for the content within the document and return the response like chatgpt. I'm unable to think about the solution for this.

Can someone please suggest high level solution to achieve this using low code things like any OCI resource i can use or something like this.
