We are trying to set a default view on the Requisitions Overview tab in Redwood so that the same set of fields is displayed to all recruiters and hiring managers. Currently, users can customize the column layout within their session, but once they log out and log back in, the view resets to the system default.

We also tested the new Saved Search functionality introduced in 25D. Although it allows us to save and share searches, it doesn’t persist the column customization or establish a consistent default view for all users.
