53 2025 Weekly Payroll Time Period with balance in 2025 Vs 2026, for pay period Dec 17 to 23, 2025

Hi Experts,

We are trying to amend existing US NY Weekly Payroll to include 53 2025 Weekly Payroll Time Period for 12/17/2025 to 12/23/2025 with Date Paid 12/31/2025, thru the HDL sample provided by Faithe Chu on- https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect/discussion/873230/26-pays-vs-27-for-2026https:/community.oracle.com/customerconnect/discussion/873230/26-pays-vs-27-for-2026.

HDL loaded successfully for E & S records. However, when QP processed balances are accumulating freshly for 2026 year Vs accumulating to 2025 year. Our customer's requirement is to have this period payment & balance YTD to 2025. Trust the same requirement is across US for US NY Weekly Payroll. I have created a SR, however got response to post in this Community. Hence, looking for guidance on how to meet this requirement. It would be highly appreciated if I could get guidance from this group of experts, please
