Issue with Error Message and Reported Hours in OTBI Report for Imported Time Entries

Summary:

After submitting the process “Process Imported Time Entries”, a few time cards are erroring out. I need to build an error report that shows:

• Person Number
• Time Card Start Date and End Date
• Hours Reported
• Error Message

I am using the subject area “Workforce Management - Reported Time Cards Real Time.”

The issue I’m facing is:

• When I display the Error Message, the Reported Hours show as zero.
• The error message also doesn’t display actual values; instead, it shows placeholders like:

Weekly - {HRS_ENTERED} hours reported for the period, doesn't match scheduled {SCHEDULE} hours. Kindly correct hours to match scheduled hours to proceed.
