Need to Restrict Proposed Position List to Show Only Vacant Positions
Summary:
Within the Workforce Compensation Plan (during the compensation cycle), managers can propose position changes for employees. On the compensation worksheet, when selecting Proposed Position, the system shows:
All organizational positions
Filled and vacant positions
Positions not related to the employee’s department
Positions not related to the manager’s supervisory hierarchy
The business requirement is to limit this list so managers see only positions that are vacant (unfilled positions only)
