Does Individual Compensation Plans automatically transfer when changing assignments?

The Client expects that the individual compensation plans will be automatically transferred when changing pending worker or contingent worker assignments to employee assignments.

The client loads the individual compensation plans upon hiring workers, but when changing or converting the pending workers or contingent workers to employees the loaded individual compensation plans are not automatically transferred to the employee assignment. Hence, the client needs to load again the individual compensation plans which is not what they expect as they have already loaded before. Can we please know the Oracle standard behavior or functionally regarding this? And if it's possible to automatically transfer the individual compensation plans for these kind of cases?
