Approval rule based on Change Salary action name

in Compensation

As per our client requirement we need to configure approval rule based on new action name under change salary following is the attributel we configured ((transactionApprovalRequest.moduleIdentifier == "Change Salary") AND (Worker's Salary Details.Proposed ActionCode == "INGRADE_PAY_PROGRESSION"))

But the approval is not working, which attribute to use to pick correct action name?
