Unable to update or populate the serial number for Maintenance assets

Summary:

We used serial numbers in the FBDI load, and they populated correctly in DEV1, but they are not appearing in the UAT environment. There are no error messages to help with debugging.

When testing through the UI, the record appears to save successfully, but the serial number field is cleared immediately after saving.

Has anyone encountered this issue or have any suggestions for resolving it?
