How to push campaign and segment details using OIC Adapter / Webhook App

Hi Team,
When we activate a campaign, we should be able to send the campaign and segment details. However, we are currently unable to pass these details. We are also not able to find any object related to Campaign or Segment in both the OIC Adapter and the Webhook App.

For example, we should be able to send data like:

{"name": "Car Loan Campaign", "segmentId": "1", "products": ["car loan"]} 

Could you please advise on a workaround or possible solution?
