Is there a reporting function to return the first child of the current POV member?

I am trying to figure out a way to return the first child of the current POV member in a report.

For example, if the outline below was a dimension hierarchy and the user selects A the report would display member A1 in row 1 or If the user selected B, it would display member B1 in row 1. (Assuming this function is in row 1).
