Does Oracle Eloqua have a built-in WAF (Web Application Firewall)?

Hello,

I’m currently working on a security review for our Oracle Eloqua environment.
One of the required items is to confirm whether Eloqua already has a built-in Web Application Firewall (WAF) protection provided by Oracle SaaS.

I have the following questions:

  1. Does Eloqua include its own WAF protection by default as part of Oracle Cloud’s security architecture?
  2. If yes, is there any public documentation or official reference link that explains Eloqua’s WAF or application-level security controls?
  3. If additional customer-side WAF is recommended, in which cases would it be necessary (e.g., Landing Page hosting via custom domains)?
