Unable to customize or edit the Redwood page.

We are required to do some customization on "Manage Labor Schedules" Redwood page.
Navigation
Fusion Logged in > Project > Labor Distribution.

Our use case is to restrict few values from drop down (Labor Scheduler Type). Screen shot attached

I’m seeing the message “We did not find any extendable components on this page.” Does this mean that customization is not available for this page?
