Job requisition's External Prescreening Questionnaire load

Summary:

I loaded pre-screening questionnaires successfully using JobRequisitionTemplate.dat (Metadata line: ApplicationSpecificQuestion) But then, I am not able to figure out which column to use to load the Required flag for the questions. This can be seen after you click edit icon on the Questionnaire under prescreening.
