PTO Model Items and Price Adjustments not visible sales agreement

Hi team,

When defining a PTO structure and configuring price charges in Pricing, I am not able to fully retrieve the configuration within the Sales Agreement object.
In addition, any price adjustment matrices defined at the Price List level do not appear in the Sales Agreement either.

Is there any known workaround or limitation related to PTO-configured items or price adjustments when using Sales Agreements?
Any guidance or confirmed Oracle constraints would be appreciated.
