Onboarding Issue - I-9 fields not enforcing

Good Morning all,

For the past few weeks, we've been having issues where the citizenship and electronic signature for the employee are not being enforced.  They are required fields, however the system is letting them submit the employee portion of the I-9 without it being complete.  We've been using OB for at least a year now and this is just become an issue.

When the employer portion is completed on the first day of employment, it gets routed to another department for confirmation and printing.  It's only there that the incomplete information is recognized.  We then have to go into the task, print the I-9, contact the employee and have them complete the paper I-9, this really isn't efficient.
