For the IRC_Requisition_Unposted_Expired_External alert, is there a reliable method to test

in Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace

The trigger for this alert is time-dependent: the external posting must reach its Posting End Date.

  1. Time Dependency: If I set the posting end date to tomorrow, do I absolutely need to wait until the system date changes to the next day for the expiration logic to run, or is there a way to force the system to recognize the "expired" status immediately for a requisition whose end date is set to today?
  2. ESS Process Confirmation: Once the expiration condition is met (either immediately or after the date passes), what is the exact, required ESS (Scheduled Processes) job that needs to be run to process the alert notification?
