Need Validation on Date of Birth Field

Hi,

Has anyone faced issue with your new hire candidate entering his date of birth by mistake in the future?

We had an incident where the candidate had entered his DOB in 2027 and this failed in our integration to HCM from Taleo.

I just enquiring if its possible to add any validations or rules on the DOB field to prevent such things happening.
