Deep link is not working on Classic UI

in Human Capital Management

Hello Team,

There is a requirement to add a deep link for "Year End document" tile. We have added that via sandbox > structure but its only working on responsive UI (Me > Show more > Year end document).

On classic UI (Me > Pay > Year End Document) it is giving an access denied error.

If anyone faced similar issue & knows the solution then please help us on this issue.
