Eloqua - Subject Line Optimization Deprecation

Hello,

"Subject Line Optimization" is no longer available in Eloqua and is being "replaced" by the "Subject Line Generation" feature (although the 2 features serve different purposes) :

Could you kindly provide any rationale regarding why "Subject Line Optimization" was deprecated?
