Hi,

We are trying to use the AutoRouting Results Report but we could not find any documentation that explains how the fields Autorouted and Manually Routed are calculated in that dashboard.

We tried exporting OFS activities report and use the native properties auto_routed_to_date and first_manual_operation to do the calculation but the numbers doesn't match the dashboard.

Can someone help to understand how this information are calculated?
