Multiple diversity forms causing false count results
Content
Is anyone else having this problem?
We currently use a number of different diversity forms for different countries. A candidate applying to a job in the U.S. will answer questions regarding race and gender that are on a different form than what they would see when applying to a job in the U.K.
This seems to be causing a problem on our reporting. When I pull in Race and Gender on our reports, those candidates (or hires) that have filled out multiple diversity forms are being pulled into my report with a line for each form they completed. So someone who applied to a job in the U.K. and then is hired on a job in the U.S. is counted twice on my U.S. hires by Race report.
