Unable to hide Rating in Overall Summary section in performance document

We want to hide Manager Rating/Employee Rating Fields in overall summary section in the performance document for employees only and keep them for managers.

Our setup is as following : these fields have a default value and they are Read only and the employee/manager doesn't fill them manually, their default value is the calculated rating for each the manager/employee.

when we try to hide them using VBCS these fields get hidden from all sections not only overall summary section. we were able to hide the Calculated Ratings for manager and employee but this is not our requirement.

our application version in 25C. based on other posts in community this issue was supposed to be fixed in this version but it's present.
