How to find the deep link for Employee’s document of records under My Client Groups

Hi Team,

We were able to find the deep link for Document of records under My Client Groups. From there user has to search for the employee and open the employee’s document records page and click on Add button to add the employee’s document of records in the system.

Please help with the deep link / link for the employee’s document of records which will take the user directly through the document of records page where we can see Add button to add the employee’s document of records in the system instead of the above deep link for document of records under My client groups.
