Absence Management- Annual Leave Accural Proration

I am new to Absence Management and stuck in Annual Leave Accural Proration.

I have a Accural Matrix Fast formula which has proration logic looks for EVENT_DATES . I am working in Vanilla(fresh/new) Oracle environment where Worker data are just loaded. So my Accural Matrix Fast formula should load the initial balances + do Proration for any Hire/Termination changes during the courses of Plan Term.

This FF works with a UDT where I have stored the entitlements

example :

UDT:

Grade A =30 days Entitlement

Grade B =25 days Entitlement

Grade C =32 days Entitlement

Grade A =35 days Entitlement
