Have Changes in "New Proposed Grade" reflect immediately within "New Salary" / "New Salary Basis"

Hi all,

Within a Compensation Plan that Centers around the Change of a Grade of an Employee, using the Standard "New Proposed Grade" and "New Proposed Grade Code" Columns, it would be expected, that there is a corresponding Column that displays the "New Base Salary" or "New Salary" that would come with that Change in the grade. We have allready tested in a small setup the Standard fields, but they do not Change due to a Change in the grade column.

 

- Is there a specific setup or combination in the setup necessary in order for the "New Salary" or "New Salary Basis" to work?
