P46(Car) output for Hybrid & Electric Cars

in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI)

Our Payroll service are querying the output of the P46(Car) report they have ran. The taxable benefit card that has been created for electric & hybrid cars has the following:

Approved CO2 Emission - 0

Engine Size - 0

Zero Emission Mileage - blank

Based on that what should we expect the 'No Approved Emission' field to display on the output? It is currently displaying 'Yes' in this scenario.
