Time in Step

Hi,
I have been tasked with creating a time in step report. I started by using BO XI delivered variables such as App. Latest Review Date, App. Latest 1st Interview Date, App. Latest Offer Date, etc. However, for the interview date, we had some recruiters move a candidate to the Interview step on X date, but they put an Event Date for a much earlier date. The event date is what the App. Latest 1st Interview Date was pulling in. So, I would get negative time in step from the Hiring Manager step to the Interview step. I was told to
