Include top Organization AoR issue - Redwood

Hello experts,

I would like to ask you regarding an issue that I'm facing. We are currently mapping the redwood pages with the ones in Person Management. In AoR page we were using the flag option to include the top organization population (include top 20):

Although, in Redwood page, when we are trying to flag this option, after clicking on submit it is automatically being removed:

Does anyone know why?
