Ratings updated in Talent ratings page inconsistent with changes made during TRM prep

Summary:

We use the Performance Rating (Leistungseinschätzung in below screenshot), Talent Score (Zielebene in below screenshot) and Career Potential (Top Talent in below screenshot) ratings as part of our Talent review meetings. We would like to display the ratings in the Talent ratings pages as well. We would like it to display as part of the Talent review meeting preparation and talent review meeting conducting. However, we face a few inconsistences in the view/display based on our setup.

  1. The Performance Rating section is setup as view only for managers as part of the Talent Review Preparation as this comes from completed performance evaluation documents. They cannot change this during the Talent Review Preparation. However, when a manager submits the Talent Review Meeting Preparation, a row is created in the employee's Talent Ratings page with the Manager as 'created by' and Source as 'Talent Review Meeting Preparation' which provides a very incorrect view as the manager did not or cannot make any changes as part of the TRM preparation.
