Serial number error while creating Asset when serial usage is "Resides in Stores"

Summary:

We are getting below error when we are trying to manually create Maintenance Asset. This error is coming only when the Serial Usage in Inventory is "resides in Stores". It is allowing to create when the Serial usage is "Issued from Stores". This has started happening after 25D update

Item is Serial Controlled with Dynamic Entry
