Global capacity vs Agent Capacity
Summary:
My understanding is Agent capacity defined through HR queues task should override Global Capacity.
Profile option 'SVC_OMNI_DISABLE_WORK_ITEM_AVAILABILITY_SELECTION' is set to 'All'
Agent capacity is set to 20 and global capacity to 5 , agent currently has 15 open requests in their queue.
New assignments are not getting automatically to this agent.
When I change the global capacity to 20, this agent get the request assigned.
How to capacity work? Is there an article with examples?
