Assignment Start Time and End Time not on Offer Letter DM

Summary:

The start time and end time delivered assignment fields are not populating values on the offer letter DM. Is this expected behavior?

Ideally, we are able to pull the entered values by the recruiter in the start time and end time fields to dynamically populate onto the offer letter templates, however that is not what is occurring. I verified the data is not available on the delivered offer letter DM (see image below)
