No notifications were enabled Talent Review but still after creating meeting, notification triggered

Client don't want any notifications to get triggered regarding the Talent Review meetings. No notifications were also enabled. But still, once the meeting is created, notifications getting triggered that the meeting is assigned. Please suggest.
