BPM rule for manufacturing work order approval

I want my manufacturing Transform work order should go under approval hierarchy. Have enabled the setups for ERES and written a BPM rule(Screenshot attached). When I am creating any work order, while changing the status of work order from unreleased to released, first it is going in "Pending Approval" and then coming back to original status.

  1. How to write the BPM rule for the same.
  2. Where we can see the status of approval for BPM.
