change a field/action name in order management Redwood page, tried with UI text

Summary:

I am trying to change the name of the action inside the order management Redwood page from Apply Hold to Cancel Tender and the field from Hold Name to Tender Cancellation Reason.

I tried with UI text, but this replacement is affecting other fields and pages over the other UI

I am trying to find a way to only change the targeted names
